Stacey’s superpower?
She sees the whole picture.
Not just numbers on a screen, but real lives: families, ambitions, fears, legacies, freedom. She connects the dots between where someone is today and where they could be — and then builds a plan that’s practical, human, and built to last.
Outside of work, she’s fuelled by the things that matter most:
She thrives on growth - personal, professional, intellectual - and brings that same energy into everything she touches. No stagnation. No autopilot. Always forward.
Stacey doesn’t pretend to have all the answers. She just refuses to stop learning.
Favourite area in which to advise? - IHT planning. The rules are intricate, challenging and it is a key area where I can put a client at ease.
Jonathan’s superpower?
Clarity that builds trust.
Jonathan builds his work on trust, clarity, and informed decision-making. He has a calm, structured way of breaking down complex financial ideas so clients can clearly see their options — and feel confident about the choices they’re making.
Financial planning with Jonathan is always personal, robust, and straightforward. He takes the time to really understand his clients, engaging through meaningful conversations that uncover what matters most, and using that insight to build plans that work in real life — not just on paper.
Outside of work, Jonathan is driven by discipline, curiosity, and balance:
Jonathan works best when relationships come first. By getting to know his clients properly, he helps shift the focus from short-term noise to long-term confidence — building financial plans that are clear, considered, and built to endure.
Jonathan doesn’t overcomplicate.
He makes sure clients understand.
Favourite area to advise:
Helping clients make confident, informed decisions across every stage of life — from meeting day-to-day financial pressures, to planning for retirement and everything in between. Jonathan’s focus is on building clarity, resilience, and long-term confidence, whatever life happens to throw your way.
Freddie’s superpower?
I’ve seen the biggest barrier to people sorting their finances isn’t effort, it’s not knowing where to start. Too many options, too much uncertainty, and nothing gets done.
My job is simple; I bring structure and clarity to people’s finances. I work with business owners, young professionals, and people mid-career who want to build for the future without second-guessing themselves. Good financial advice isn’t about clever products or complexity. It’s about removing doubt, simplifying the moving parts, and building a plan that actually works.
There’s always going to be a “best” thing to do with your money but what’s the point of earning, saving, and investing if you don’t get to enjoy it? The most important part is figuring out what you actually want, not what looks best on paper. From there, we work backwards and build a plan that fits your life, not the other way around. Financial planning is a partnership, not a one-way service. It works best when both sides are engaged and pulling in the same direction.
I’m energetic, naturally competitive, and focused on constantly improving, whether that’s through fitness, learning, or pushing myself towards new goals. Running, cycling, and weight training are a big part of my routine, but staying active is just one part of how I approach life. I enjoy building good habits, challenging myself, and surrounding myself with people who motivate and inspire me. Family is hugely important, and I love spending time with them, whether that’s a competitive game of croquet, a relaxed BBQ, time outdoors with my partner, or watching rugby with friends at the Sloaney Poney.
I give things my full attention once I commit, whether it’s a personal project, a goal I’ve set, or helping someone I work with achieve theirs. Above all, I like to live with purpose, focus on growth, and make sure that whatever I’m doing, professionally or personally, is done to a standard I can be proud of.
I believe results come from consistency, accountability and taking ownership of your direction, and that’s exactly how I approach both my own life and the way I work with my clients.
Carly’s superpower?
Financial planning can feel overwhelming, so many layers to unpack, whether it be tax rules, financial jargon, and the ‘what ifs’ that never seem to end. I cut through the noise and translate into plain language, make practical decisions, and build a clear plan you can feel confident about.
I value structure, straight talking and balance, qualities that naturally flow into how I advise. Good advice should feel reassuring, intentional, and robust enough to adapt as life changes. These foundations are what underpin the start of every conversation.
This mindset shapes how I work with every client: thoughtful, pragmatic, and always grounded in what genuinely matters to you.
Clients often tell me they feel calmer after our conversations, not because the world suddenly became simple, but because they finally understand what matters, what doesn’t, and what to do next.
Who am I outside of work?
Outside of the office, I am a parent first, I adore what comes with parenthood and spending precious time together. This has sharpened my perspective more than any exam could!
I am a family person, social butterfly, love meeting new people, learning new things, cinema dates, unplanned trips, exploring things I haven’t done before and when the week is done, feet up and a good film!
My favourite area to advise?
This is tough for me, as I feel I am at the intersection of it all and do really enjoy talking about each advice area. Rather than an ‘area’, my favourite is probably the ‘build’ and ‘emotion’ that comes with it. Starting the plan, expanding on it, the continued growth, goals reached along the way, more goals added and then to finally deliver ‘you did it!’ – that is a pretty special moment!
